COST OF THERAPY
Our therapy providers charge $250 for the initial session and $200 per session thereafter.
INSURANCE
J. Shoshana & Associates currently accepts insurance of BCBS of Illinois and Medicare. We will submit claims on your behalf, even if we are out of network with your insurance carrier.
Please contact your insurance carrier regarding mental health benefits and any pre-certification requirements – please convey this information to your therapist.
PAYMENT
Co-pays must be paid at the time of visit. It is the patient’s responsibility to check with their insurance carrier to determine this amount.
LENGTH OF SESSIONS
Sessions with one of our therapy providers typically run 45-50 minutes. In some instances, a session may last 60 minutes.
